This recipe makes 12 eggs (about 6 servings), but you are free to make as many or as little as you like. All you will need is a Muffin Tin and some cooking spray and you are ready to go. Just like we told you, quick and easy.
This recipe details how to make the Easy Egg Bites with 3 ingredients, eggs, ham and cheese. However, you are also free to add anything you would like. You can throw in onions, peppers, or even sausage or chorizo. You can also use bacon instead of ham as the base. The world is your oyster here.
Just keep in mind that they are only baking in the oven for around 12 minutes. This means that things like onions, peppers or sausage all need to be cooked stove top before you add them into the egg bites. This will ensure everything will cook evenly.
They are perfect for just feeding the family on a weekend, but also pretty enough to serve at your next brunch. They are also so good to have in the fridge for easy snacking. You are officially running out of reasons not to make these.
