Orange Mimosa Pitcher

This Orange Mimosa Pitcher Recipe is just what you need at your next brunch. Easy to follow and more delicious to drink.

Mimosas and brunch are synonymous. Freshly squeezed juice and champagne are mixed together for that signature cocktail that pairs perfectly with everything from Tortilla Espanola to our French Toast Casserole

Why The Orange Mimosa Pitcher Recipe

To make your boozy brunch the easiest event you have hosted, make your mimosas in a pitcher. A Mimosa pitcher allows you to incorporate everything together instead of pouring single servings. It’s also a beautiful way to present a very simple cocktail because you can garnish the pitcher with sliced oranges, fresh mint and even edible flowers. You can decorate the glasses as well.

Because we are a little extra, we mix different types of oranges together to get the perfect balance of sweetness.  By adding orange liquor the flavors pop.

To squeeze or not to squeeze?

We recommend using freshly squeezed oranges but if you don’t want to go through the trouble, there are some great brands that make great orange juice without any additional sugar as a great alternative. But mimosas can be made by adding any juice to champagne. Orange and mango makes for a great combo. Just keep in mind the ratio 3:1. Three cups of juice for every bottle of champagne.

You can definitely substitute the champagne for an American sparkling wine, Italian Prosecco, or Spanish Cava. You want to use a sparkling that isn’t too heavy or too expensive.

Like we mentioned before, make this the centerpiece of your brunch buffet along with

or serve it along our other cocktails
