Why Make This Strawberry Guava Jam

We are positive that once you try this super easy jam recipe, you will understand why you have to make it! It’s an absolute star. It is obviously very sweet, but it’s more than that. There is something about the combination of strawberry and guava that is just magic.

Strawberries are more than just a pretty sweet treat. They are actually very good for you. Strawberries are packed with antioxidants and other nutrients that make using it a no brainer. Guava, another extremely delicious fruit, is also packed with antioxidants and nutrients. Guava is also high in fiber, arguably making this a super food.

Let’s be honest though, we aren’t here for the health benefits. The sugar and cinnammon come in to really elevate this jam and bring the perfect balance. We love this jam on anything. We use it on our toast, but love pairing it with dessert.
