Survive Back to School madness with this 3-week dinner game plan. We’ve packed some of the best and simplest recipes into the start of school so you can pull off dinner with ease four nights a week.
These meals are healthy, delicious and the best of all, most are ready in 30 to 40 minutes. When you read through the recipes, always start on the component that will take you the longest. So the night you are going to make pork chops and black beans you would start with the black beans first and then air fry the pork. While the beans are simmering away and their flavor intensifies you can work on the pork in batches.
Carne con Papas made in the instant pot is the meal that will take you the longest but it will still be ready in less than 1 ½ hours. Either way, every minute is worth the wait on that recipe! If you can’t imagine spending more than an hour in the kitchen the first or second week of school, we get it. Save the recipe for another day and order sushi that night!
The menus are designed so you can work off similar ingredients in one week and build from one day to another. Feel free to mix and match if you prefer another side or if you want to switch one day for another. There are some days with more prep than others and even some menus that you can make earlier in the day if your evening is complicated.

If you have extra time on Tuesday start prepping for another day in the week. This way you are not overwhelmed on one day.
