Mango Salsa

This Mango Salsa Recipe is just the right thing to help freshen up your summer menu. It’s easy to put together and so delicious.

This is one of the easiest most delicious recipes you are going to make this summer. It comes with a warning. Be careful who you serve it to, as they are likely to fall madly and uncontrollably in love with you. This Mango Salsa recipe is that good!

Our One Big Tip for Mango Salsa

The thing you need to watch out for when making this recipe is the level of sweetness. Check on the mango. If the mango is overripe, the sweetness can become a little overwhelming. When this happens you will need to counter it with a little more salt. The good news is the cucumber is a great way to bring a little balance and also add that extra crunch.

This Mango Salsa is delicious with chips and your favorite guacamole (Abuela’s Guacamole we hope), or served with grilled fish, roasted chicken. Please see Ina Garten for the perfect Roast Chicken or you are always welcome to try Alita’s Roasted Chicken.

Now let’s salsa!
