Mother’s Day Brunch Ideas

This article is dedicated to different Mother’s Day Brunch Ideas. We wanted to put together a few menus that are full of finger foods that are easy to prepare, serve and share.

We know it’s the moms usually doing the heavy lifting so we’ve kept most of the menus simple and easy. It was important for us to feature a lot of make ahead options peppered into these menus, but every option is delicious and indulgent to make every mom feel extra special. We encourage you to mix and match to make your perfect menu.

Classic Mother’s Day Brunch Menu:

We love this menu. It’s full of things that can be made or assembled the night before. This means the next day, all you have to do is pop it in the oven when you are ready to eat. Moreover the quiche and french toast are finger licking addictive.

This is a classic menu that is packed with quick and easy recipes that everyone is going to love. We highly recommend making the pancake batter the night before, it helps make them fluffier the next day. That way while your egg bites are baking you can be flipping your fluffy pancakes. It’s a quick menu that hits all the brunch cravings – eggs, classic pancakes, fresh fruit and an addictive pastelito sandwich you will love.

It’s the perfect finger food, and there is such a great variety that allows you to get a little bit of everything. We though of Spanish dishes like moist tortilla and pan con tomate and rounded it out with croquetas, because they are always a good idea.
